All our products are digitally delivered via email.

Upon successful purchase, the digital product key or download information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout or registration. If you do not receive the product within a reasonable time or encounter any issues with usage, please contact our support team at 📧 Keystoro@gmail.com


Cancellation & Refund Policy

We encourage all customers to carefully read the product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase. Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the actual digital item.


Filing a Complaint

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may raise a complaint within 24 hours from the time of email delivery by contacting us at 📧 Keystoro@gmail.com

  • Your complaint will be reviewed and investigated by our support team.

  • You will receive a response within 72 hours of lodging the complaint.


Refunds and Cancellations

As our products are digital in nature, we generally do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed and delivered via email.


Refunds or Replacements Will NOT Be Provided In The Following Cases:

  1. If you purchased the wrong product or failed to read the product details (including but not limited to region-locks, language, platform compatibility, or system requirements).

  2. If the product key/code has already been redeemed or activated.

  3. If a code was already used and no complaint was raised within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, resolution will be solely at the discretion of the vendor.


Refunds or Replacements May Be Granted Under the Following Conditions:

  • If the delivered product was defective, non-functional, or different from what was described in the product listing.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided for a valid complaint, a full refund of the sale price will be issued.


Refund Timelines:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 10 to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. This delay is subject to banking processes and beyond our control.
